Primeland Properties Inc. is owned by a certain Carlo Dublan based in davao. it is the developer of WELLSPRINGS HIGHLANDS located in Catalunan Pequeño, Davao City. Primeland Properties Inc. is also the developer of Las Casas Elena located in Butuan City. Primeland Properties Inc. claims that Las Casas Elena is a middle class housing project in Butuan City, but unfortunately Las Casas Elena turns out to be the lowest lowest cost housing project i've ever seen. everybody is wondering why their transmission post is made of logs instead of steal or concrete...modern housing projects now are installed with concrete/steel transmission post. the materials they used in their housing units are way beyond standard, its too much sub-standard. although there were already occupying some of the units, Las Casas Elena is like a ghost town with 200 plus (out of 700 units to be constructed) housing units already constructed, but only 10 percent of the units were occupied..many have backed out...Why? because they dont want to take the risk living in Las Casas Elena. Better to loose the reservation fee of 25,000 than to loose 950K to 1.9M..the developer, Primeland Properties Inc. lacks the competency in establishing housing projects that are affordable yet middle class housing projects.. Primeland Properties Inc. has a problem dealing with their financial capability as a developer of housing projects. so to those who are eyeing for housing unit at Wellsprings Highlands,the so-called "Ideal Place for you and your family to live..." well good luck and best regards...
