Hi Dan. Regret to know that the previous format was deleted. Sometimes back reading the previous inputs give ideas to the readers with regards to other concerns. Though this format is appropriate to control comments posted.

Anyway, my concern is with regards to my loan proceeds. I am now on the 3rd release stage. We had submitted pix and specify on the request letter that this release is intended for the roofings. We are advised that roofing should be done on the first release as per the percentage of amount released. This was not clearly mentioned on the seminar. To my understanding, the amount to be release on the succeding proceeds depends on the construction improvement. Should there be a guidelines to follow on what part should be finished first, we should have been given the guide and we will oblige.
Please correct me if im wrong.

Hey, I am not so sure how to answer you, it's highly technical. I suggest you coordinate sa Housing Loan- Processing Unit namin, you may call Lowell Cerbo or Malou Sangalang @ 2241793 or 2258217.

So sorry to say but you can't. Although Pag-IBIG has this Refinancing under one of its purposes, the subject property to be refinanced should be updated in its repayments, obviously the ones under Balikatan are not.

I would like to ask when will be the next issue of the acquired assets? As per your last post, early June 2009, Pag ibig will issue the list but up to now, there's none.

per our monday morning flag raising ceremony, our Manager announced that they are finalizing the list, eliminating the ones with Legal concerns. They are to release it this week (daw), patience guys

as a new member, you may avail of our housing loan program, just attend a housing loan seminar so you'll know what to do, it'll be discussed and you may ask Qs after the HL seminar. or visit our nearest Pag-IBIG office anytime w/in office hours so you'll be guided properly- special remittance is allowed/ acceptable to satisfy the 24 mos. requirement

frankly, anybody (individual) wishing to buy Pag-IBIG's acquired assets na merong means, whether thru cash or housing loan pwede

for as long as meron ka ng 24 months, updated ka (with latest month) contribution pwede. effective Oct 1 2010, kung me 12months ka na @ least, you may pay the lacking months. wla tayong Toril accredited collecting agent/ banks, Pag-IBIG Davao- Bajada lang talaga, you may try sa LBP/ DBP provided they can issue Pag-IBIG Fund Receipts (PFR)

friend ko ay gustong kumuha ng low cost housing thru pag-ibig, pero wala syang pag-ibig, ask lang namin kung pwede nya bayaran in advance 2 years? para maka avail sya sa housing loan? thank you!

@generose, mag-apply ka lang,any vacant position that may arise, once in a while merong nagre-resign, na po-promote, apply lang, address your application to Ms, ELIZABETH V. TINAGAN, Dept. Manager III, forward it sa Admin. Dept.

Can an individual paying member like me avail of a housing loan if i pay in lump sum my contributions? will payment by lump sum guarantee me for a housing loan? u mentioned here that monthly contributions for individual paying member is unlimited, i am planning to stick at 1,000 pesos monthly, and i'm planning to pay in lump sum, calculating 1,000 pesos monthly contribution x 24 months,and will pay in lump sum that total amount. do u think that will guarantee me to get a housing loan? i am a home-based, online, independent outsourcing contractor with contract certification from the web-based company i'm currently working, with printed screenshots of latest 3 months (oct-dec 2012) total payments from the company, ranging from minimum 50,000-80,000 pesos monthly. Will that qualify me for a housing loan sir?i will really appreciate ur response Sir..

Can an individual paying member like me avail of a housing loan if i pay in lump sum my contributions? will payment by lump sum guarantee me for a housing loan? u mentioned here that monthly contributions for individual paying member is unlimited, i am planning to stick at 1,000 pesos monthly, and i'm planning to pay in lump sum, calculating 1,000 pesos monthly contribution x 24 months,and will pay in lump sum that total amount. do u think that will guarantee me to get a housing loan? i am a home-based, online, independent outsourcing contractor with contract certification from the web-based company i'm currently working, with printed screenshots of latest 3 months (oct-dec 2012) total payments from the company, ranging from minimum 50,000-80,000 pesos monthly. Will that qualify me for a housing loan sir?i will really appreciate ur response Sir..

greetings! yes, an individual paying member like you can avail of a housing loan if you even if you pay your contributions in lump sum.

paying in lump sum will guarantee you of a HL availment, however, it'l be our HL dept that will validate your contract certification.they may also require add'l documents
