It has been months since the last release of the acquired assets list. Sorry to disappoint you by not providing an updated one- there’s nothing yet.
Our program has not ceased, it is continuous. The updated list is available at the Acquired Assets Unit at the second floor of Pag-IBIG Fund Davao office in Pryce Tower Condominium at JPLaurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City.

hi..I would like to inquire lang po regarding housing loan..anyway, here's our case..kumuha po kami ng housing loan through Pag-Ibig..new housing po ito..kumpleto na po kami lahat ng requirements..we even payed the 24 checks already covering our first 24 months of payment,lahat po ng requirements complete na at na submit na namin sa developer..kaso po 1month na ngayon (after we have completed all the requirements), d pa po namin na take out ang unit..we inquired in Pag ibig, sabi nila d pa daw nagsubmit ng take out requirements and developer for our unit...ano po ba ang mga take out requirements? sabi naman po ng developer na submit na daw nila sa pag ibig mga req. namin...antay2x lang daw..pero it's been a month na po..sabi sa pag-ibig usually it only takes 1 week para ma take out ang unit...what should i do?help...
hello, sorry sa delay, usually 7 working days lang talaga yan, at all cases, kapag sinabi ng Pag-IBIG na my lacking take-out requirement(s), definitely my kulang yan sila (developer), either 1 o sobra pa'ng documentary requirements. it's hard to enumerate each. 'antay² lang daw' means they're doing their best (developer) to submit it to Pag-IBIG para mabayaran din sila
