Application Procedure for "Magaang Pabahay, Disenteng Buhay" Program


STEPS:


1. Check with the Acquired Assets Unit for the available unit/s for disposal/ sale.
2. Conduct an ocular inspection on the property you intend to buy.
3. Secure, accomplish & submit two (2) copies of Reservation Form to the Acquired Assets Unit &
pay a reservation fee of P1000

4. Receive the duplicate copy of the Reservation Form duly signed by the Fund's authorized
representative (Take note of your priority number).

5. Confirm your offer to purchase & pay the 5% downpayment within 15 days from the date of
reservation (otherwise, reservation shall be
cancelled) 6. Pay the remaining 95% in cash
OR apply for a Housing Loan.


Documentary Requirements for purchase if made through Housing Loan:
• Housing Loan Processing Fee of P3000 (remaining P2000)
• Income Tax Return/ W-2 (preceding year)
• Proof of Income:
[employed] Certificate of Employment & Compensation (CEC), duly notarized; and Latest (one
month) pay slip
, employer certified

[self-employed] Audited Financial Statement


[OFWs] Latest Employment Contract; Photocopy of TIN Card & cedula; Member's Status
Verification Slip (MSVS)
